## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE LINED UP ON EXTENDED FINAL FOR LANDING, THE PILOT BECAME DISTRACTED WHILE TROUBLESHOOTING THE FAILURE OF HIS RIGHT WHEEL SKI. DURING THIS DISTRACTION, THE AIRCRAFT DESCENDED TO LESS THAN 100' AGL. WHEN THE PILOT NOTICED HE WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE TERRAIN HE PITCHED UP AND (UNKNOWINGLY) STRUCK A POWER LINE.THE PILOT MADE TWO LOW PASSES OVER THE RUNWAY TO EVALUATE THE STATUS OF THE WHEEL SKI BEFORE MAKING A LANDING DUE TO RISING ENGINE TEMPERATURE INDICATORS. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED, REMAINED UPRIGHT AND CAME TO A STOP AT THE EDGE OF THE RUNWAY.
