A BALLOON STRUCK POWER LINE DURING LANDING AT MIDLAND RE/MAX BALLOON RACE.  THE FLIGHT WAS OPERATED AS A 14 CFR PART 91 FLIGHT.  THE PILOT AND PASSENGER SUSTAINED NO INJURIES.  WEATHER WAS VISUAL METEROLOGICAL CONDITIONS.
