## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE FAR PART 135 FLIGHT WAS ON FINAL APPROACH TO LAND AT ITS PLANNED DESTINATION AND WHEN THE PILOT SELECTED THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE TO "DOWN" THE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND. A GO AROUND WAS INITIATED AND THE PILOT MANUALLY EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR. AFTER CONFIRMING THE GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED THE PILOT MADE ANOTHER APPROACH AND THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. THE PILOT DID REQUEST EMERGENCY GROUND EQUIPMENT WHICH WAS DISPATCHED AND IN POSITION WHEN THE AIRCRAFT LANDED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
