N201UW WAS CLEARED TO LAND ON RWY 16 AT CHICAGO EXECUTIVE AIRPORT (KPWK).  THE PILOT DID NOT EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR AND THUS LANDED "GEAR UP" ON RWY 16.  THERE WERE NO REPORTED INJURIES AND THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE.
