## Narrative

N36LE WAS JUST RELEASED FROM AN ANNUAL INSPECTION. PILOT WAS RELOCATING THE AIRCRAFT FROM FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL TO CHENA MARINA. UPON LANDING AT CHENA MARINA THE PILOT STATED UPON TOUCH DOWN, HE DID NOT HAVE THE BRAKES APPLIED BUT THE AIRCRAFT TAIL STARTED TO RISE AND BECAME UNCONTROLLABLE AND FLIPPED.
