## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ACCORDING TO A STATEMENT BY THE PIC, WINDSHEAR REPORTED (+/- 20 KNOTS AT 400 FEET), AND AIRCRAFT IRS INDICATED WIND OF 131 AT 40 KNOTS AT 400 FEET. WIND WAS REPORTED AS LIGHT AND VARIABLE OF THE FIELD. DURING THE LANDING THE RIGHT WING DROPPED AND THE NUMBER FOUR (OUTBOARD RIGHT SIDE) ENGINE COWLING CONTACTED A RUNWAY LIGHT, DAMAGING THE LIGHT FIXTURE AND THE ENGINE COWLING. THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT ON THE RUNWAY CENTERLINE AT THE TIME OF THIS INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
