## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT STRUCK UPPER TOWER GROUND WIRE WITH THE LEFT MAIN GEAR AND DAMAGED THE GEAR AND BROKE THE WIRE ON THE TOWER. THE AIRCRAFT THEN STALLED AND HEADED FOR THE GROUND. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE GROUND HARD SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET PAST THE TOWER AND THE BROKEN LEFT LANDING GEAR DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT THEN SLID TO A STOP AFTER SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET MORE. THE AIRCRAFT TAIL WAS BENT 90 DEGREES TO THE LEFT OF THE AIRCRAFT AND THE PROPELLER BLADES ARE BADLY BENT. ALL OF THE SPRAYING APPARATUS BENEATH THE AIRCRAFT WERE BROKEN OFF AND LAYING IN VARIOUS PLACES THROUGH OUT THE COTTON FIELD IN THE AIRCRAFT'S PATH. THE PILOT THEN EXITED THE AIRCRAFT WITHOUT INJURY AND NOTIFIED OFFICIALS.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
