## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT WAS ATTEMPTING TO LAND ON RUNWAY 11 AT BUU(BURLINGTON, WI) AIRPORT. WITNESS STATEMENT INDICATED HE HAD OVERSHOT FINAL TO RUNWAY AND HAD ENTERED A STEEP BANK IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET BACK ON PROPER RUNWAY ALIGNMENT. AIRCRAFT WAS WITNESSED SPINNING AT LEAST TWICE BEFORE IMPACTING GROUND NEARLY VERTICAL AND SLIGHTLY RIGHT WING LOW. BOTH PILOT AND PASSENGER WERE KILLED.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
