## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ATTEMPTED LANDING AT THE NAPA COUNTY AIRPORT, CA (APC). AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN TOO FAR DOWN THE RUNWAY TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT WITHIN THE RUNWAY REMAINING. THE AIRCRAFT ROLLED OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY AND CAME TO A STOP APPROXIMATELY 300' OFF THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY. A PILOTS BILL OF RIGHTS (PBR) WAS PROVIDED TO THE PILOT CERTIFICATE HOLDER. A SIGNED RECEIPT OF THE PBR WAS OBTAINED FOR SAC FSDO OFFICE FILES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
