ON JANUARY 31 AT 10:05 CST, N633CZ AN  EMB-170-200LR AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A SHATTERED OUTER PANE OF THE CAPTAIN'S WINDSHIELD.  AIRCRAFT DESCENDED AND WAS DIVERTED INTO EPPLEY AIRFIELD, OMAHA, NEBRASKA.  THE CAPTAIN DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DUE TO A CRACKED WINDSHIELD.  THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT 10:28 CST WITHOUT INCIDENT AND TAXIED TO THE GATE.
