AFTER TAKEOFF THE AIRCRAFT CLEARED THE TREES AND LEVELED OFF AT APPROXIMATELY 300' MSL. THE WEATHER IMMEDIATELY DETERIORATED TO HEAVY SNOW AND THE AIRMAN STATED THE WINDSHIELD WAS FOGGING UP.
