## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT LANDED RWY 6 AND BLEW LH MAIN TIRE AND VEERED OFF RUNWAY INTO GRASS. MINOR DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT. NO INJURIES TO OCCUPANTS. NO DAMAGE TO AIRPORT PROPERTY.

TEAR DOWN OF THE LEFT WHEEL FOUND SIDEWALL DAMAGE TO THE TIRE AND A TUBE PUNCTURE INDICATIVE OF SOMETHING HITTING THE TIRE. THE TIRE WAS NOT WORN NOR DID IT HAVE ANY FLAT SPOTS.

A "WALK DOWN" OF THE RUNWAY DID NOT FIND ANY EVIDENCE OF F.O.D.

LEFT WHEEL ASSEMBLY ALONG WITH TIRE AND BRAKE REPLACED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE BY C&W AERO SERVICES, CRS#HX1R208K.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
