As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON FEBRUARY 18, 2013 ABOUT 1410 LOCAL AT JEAN AIRPORT NV, AIRCRAFT N398JM LANDED ON 2L AT ABOUT 80 MPH. AT CONTACT THE WITH THE RUNWAY 2L THE NOSE WHEEL FORK BROKE OFF THE NOSE LANDING GEAR AND THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO SLIDE OFF THE RUNWAY TO THE RIGHT, (EAST). AS THE AIRCRAFT SLIDE OFF RUNWAY 2L THE MAIN LANDING GEAR ASSEMBLY COLLAPSED. THE AIRCRAFT SETTLED OFF THE RUNWAY ABOUT 4 FEET ON TO THE EAST SHOULDER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
