THE APPROACH END HAD A TURN AROUND AREA THAT HE SELECTED TO TOUCH DOWN ON. HE TOUCHED DOWN WHERE HE WANTED TO, BUT IT WAS TOO SOFT AND THE AIRCRAFT FLIPPED OVER ONTO ITS BACK.
