## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 3-26-13 AT 0845 HOURS MST N59PM, TEAM ROCKET F1 EXPERIMENTAL AIRCRAFT, AT PHOENIX DEER VALLEY AIRPORT (DVT) WAS DOING TOUCH AND GOES ON RUNWAY 25R. THE PILOT REQUESTED AND RECEIVED A FULL STOP LANDING CLEARANCE. ON LANDING ROLL OUT THE AIRCRAFT APPEARED TO OVER APPLY THE BRAKES AND CAME TO REST NOSE DOWN AT INTERSECTION A5/B5 TAXIWAYS. THE PILOT REPORTED TO THE TOWER THERE WERE NO INJURIES.

AN A&P INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND HE OBSERVED THE PROP BLADES WERE CURLED, THERE WAS MINOR DAMAGE TO THE FORWARD EDGE OF BOTH MAIN LANDING GEAR COVERS, AND UNDER THE AIRFRAME NEAR THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR HAD A MODIFIED FIBERGLASS PATCH THAT HAD A CRACK APPROXIMATELY 3 INCHES. THE ENGINE HAD BEEN REMOVED AND WILL BE SENT OUT FOR REPAIR BY ANOTHER VENDOR. BOTH TIRES WERE WORN WITH NO FLAT SPOTS NOTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
