- [NTSB CEN13FA221](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN13FA221), Apr 7, 2013: Mooney M20J (N57672), Collinsville, OK, destroyed, 2 fatal. Probable cause: The pilot’s loss of control of the airplane for reasons that could not be determined because an examination of the airplane did not find an abnormality that would have precluded normal operations.
