ON APRIL 17, 2013, AT 2100 HRS, AN ALDI MANOUCHER LANCAIR 360 MK II AIRCRAFT BEARING REGISTRATION NUMBER N360MA, REGISTERED TO THE PILOT, LANDED GEAR UP AT E38, ALPINE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS BEING OPERATED ON A PART 91 FLIGHT.  VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME, AND A VFR FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED.  THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE AND THE PILOT DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY INJURIES.  THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM FFZ, FALCON FIELD, MESA ARIZONA ON APRIL 17, 2013 AT APPROXIMATELY 1600 HOURS LOCAL.
