## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING THE LANDING FLARE OUT, THE PILOT REALIZED THAT HE HAD A TAIL WIND FASTER THAN HE HAD ANTICIPATED AND REALIZED THAT HE WAS RUNNING OUT OF RUNWAY. AT THIS POINT HE INITIATED A GO-AROUND. THERE WERE POWER LINES AND TREES TO CLEAR WHICH IS ESTIMATED TO BE 50 FEET TALL. DURING THE GO-AROUND THE PILOT FAILED TO TURN OFF THE CARBURETOR HEAT WHICH CAUSED A REDUCTION IN POWER AND WITH THE TAIL WIND HE RAN OUT OF CLIMB POWER AND CONTINUED TO INCREASE THE ANGLE OF ATTACK UNTIL THE AIRCRAFT STALLED.
