## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 4/21/2013, N754J, A LIGHT SPORT AIRCRAFT, MADE A LANDING (SHORT OFF RUNWAY), DUE TO AN ENGINE STOPPAGE DURING CLIMB (AT AROUND 2000FT) AT KEYSTONE AIRPARK (42J) STARKE, FL. AS A RESULT OF THE ENGINE STOPPAGE, THE AIRCRAFT TURNED BACK TO THE AIRPORT AND LANDED 200 FEET SHORT OF RUNWAY 5; THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED DAMAGES TO THE NOSE (COLLAPSED) AND RIGHT (TWISTED) LANDING GEARS. THERE WERE MINOR DAMAGES TO THE AIRCRAFT NOSE COWLING. THERE WERE NO OTHER DAMAGES TO THE AIRCRAFT, ENGINE AND PROPELLER THAT WERE VISIBLE AT THE TIME. THERE WERE TWO (2) PERSONNEL ON BOARD; THERE WERE NO INJURIES. PERSONNEL FROM THE AIRPORT ASSISTED THE PILOT AND SHUTDOWN THE AIRCRAFT MAGNETOS, POWER AND FUEL SYSTEM (MAIN FUEL SELECTOR).

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
