## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT TAXIED THROUGH SNOW AND SLUSH ON TAXI TO RUNWAY BEFORE DEPARTURE FROM FAI. DURING FLIGHT THE SNOW/ICE FROZE AND CAUSED THE RIGHT BRAKE TO LOCK UP ON LANDING. THE PILOT WAS LANDING ON A SOFT GRAVEL STRIP AND UPON LANDING THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE RIGHT AND THE LEFT WING TIP AND PROPELLER STRUCK THE GROUND. NO MALFUNCTION OF THE BRAKE SYSTEM WAS FOUND. PILOT STATED THAT THE RIGHT BRAKE WAS FROZEN AND THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE RIGHT, THEN STRUCK A SNOW BERM.
