AT 16:30 ON 4/27/2013, ROC NOTIFIED ON DUTY INSPECTOR OF INCIDENT AT LUK.  PILOT OF N666VV WAS ON A VFR APPROACH INTO LUK.  UPON LANDING, FORWARD PROP STRUCK RUNWAY.  PILOT STATED HE DIDN'T FOLLOW LANDING CHECK LIST AND FORGOT TO EXTEND NOSE GEAR.

DAMAGE RECEIVED WAS MINOR.

AIRCRAFT REGISTERED AS AN EXPERIMENTAL.
