## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB WPR13LA223](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/WPR13LA223), May 9, 2013: Schweizer G-164B (N8214S), Biggs, CA, minor damage, 1 fatal. Probable cause: The pilot’s failure to adequately monitor the runway environment during taxi, which resulted in an on-ground collision.

## Other reports on N8214S (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Accident 19940512010679A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19940512010679A), May 12, 1994: Scwzer G164B (N8214S), Yuba City, CA, Substantial damage. Stalled on climbout from Private strip. Settled to impact. Was 800 lbs over gross weight.
