## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING LANDING ROLLOUT, PILOT REPORTED THAT THRUST REVERSERS WOULD NOT DEPLOY, BRAKES, EMERGENCY BRAKE, AND NOSE WHEEL STEARING APPEARED INEFFECTIVE. THE AIRCRAFT, UNABLE TO STOP, CONTINUED ROLLING PAST THE END OF THE RUNWAY, COLLIDED WITH AN ILS ANTENNA STRUCTURE, AND CAME TO REST IN A GROVE OF BLACKBERRY BUSHES. THE CREW AND ONE PASSENGER DEPLANED AIRCRAFT THROUGH THE OVERING EMERGENCY EXIT.
