## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER LANDING CUB N1947S AT LAKELAND LINDER AIRPORT AND TAXIING OFF RUNWAY 9 ONTO TAXIWAY A-3, PILOT STOPPED THE AIRCRAFT AND CONTACTED GROUND CONTROL. PILOT WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO TAXI TO NEEL AVIATION VIA HOTEL AND GOLF TAXIWAYS. UPON POWER-UP TO TURN RIGHT ON GOLF. THE P-FACTOR TURNED THE NOSE TO THE LEFT. FULL RIGHT RUDDER/TAILWHEEL STEERING HAD NO EFFECT. PILOT IMMEDIATELY PULLED THE POWER AND WENT FOR THE HEEL BRAKES, BUT THE AIRCRAFT ROLLED INTO THE TAXIWAY SIGN SIGN AND STOPPED - ESTIMATED SPEED WAS 3 TO 4 MPH. ATIS GOLF WAS IN EFFECT, WITH WINDS AT 020 DEGREES AT 8 KNOTS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
