ON LANDING FLARE AFTER A MAINTENANCE TEST FLIGHT FOR AN AUTOPILOT MALFUNCTION, THE PILOT'S SEAT DISENGAGED FROM THE SEAT RAIL AND SLID AFT, THE PILOT TOLD THE MECHANIC IN THE RIGHT SEAT TO TAKE CONTROL. DURING THE LANDING BY THE MECHANIC THE LEFT WING HIT THE GROUND CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WING TIP AND AILERON.
