## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

MINOR DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER ON N325PC WAS REPORTED TO ST LOUIS UNIVERSITY PARKS COLLEGE FLIGHT SCHOOL ON JUNE 05, 2013. THE DAMAGE WAS DISCOVERED DURING A PREFLIGHT INSPECTION. A REVIEW OF FLIGHT RECORDS REVEALED A STUDENT PILOT HAD FLOWN THE AIRCRAFT ON A SOLO CROSS COUNTRY THE PREVIOUS DAY. THE STUDENT PILOT STATED SHE WAS ON HER INITIAL SOLO CROSS COUNTRY ON JUNE 04, 2013 TO MT VERNON, IL AND RETURN TO CAHOKIA, IL STL LOUIS DOWNTOWN AIRPORT. SHE STATES SHE MADE A "ROUGH" LANDING AT MOUNT VERNON AIRPORT BUT WAS UNAWARE OF A PROP STRIKE. SHE FURTHER STATES SHE DID NOT SEE ANY PROPELLER DAMAGE AT MT VERNON NOR ON HER RETURN TO ST. LOUIS DOWNTOWN AIRPORT. STL FSDO, THE CERTIFICATE HOLDING DISTRICT OFFICE FOR PARKS COLLEGE APPROVED FLIGHT SCHOOL, IS CONTINUING THE INVESTIGATION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
