## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JUNE 6, 2013, AT APPROXIMATELY 17:25 LOCAL TIME, A ROBINSON R-22 BETA HELICOPTER DEPARTED FROM AN UNIMPROVED FIELD WITH THE PILOT AND ONE PASSENGER.

THE AIRCRAFT WAS DESTROYED WITH THE LOSS OF ALL SKIDS, THE TAIL BOOM DETACHED AND THE MAIN ROTOR BLADES BADLY DISTORTED WITH ONE SEPARATED FROM THE AIRCRAFT. THERE WAS NO POST CRASH FIRE AND MINOR INJURIES TO THE PASSENGER.
