PILOT TRIED TO DEPART TO AVOID ONCOMING STORM.  THE PILOT STARTED THE DEPARTURE ROLL BUT THE CORNERING TAILWIND AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO GROUNDLOOP.
