## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS LANDING RUNWAY TWO-SIX, AS AIRCRAFT WAS TOUCHING DOWN IT WAS BLOWN TO THE LEFT AND THE LEFT WING FLAP OUTBOARD LOWER AREA MADE CONTACT WITH TWO RUNWAY LIGHTS.

PILOT DID NOT FEEL ANYTHING IN THE AIRCRAFT CONTROLS BUT WAS NOTIFIED BY THE TOWER THAT HE MIGHT HAVE HIT SOMETHING. (MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WING FLAP ONLY)

STRONG WIND, THUNDER AND LIGHTNING WERE PRESENT IN THE AREA AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
