## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT FUELED AIRCRAFT, DRAINED SUMPS, CONDUCTED PREFLIGHT PRIOR TO FLIGHT. AIRCRAFT CHECKLIST IN USE, NORMAL RUNUP. DEPARTED RWY 19, COULD NOT ESTABLISH POSITIVE RATE OF CLIMB. ADDED 5' PITCH UP, STALL WARNING ILLUMINATED. ABORTED TAKEOFF, COULD NOT STOP AT END OF RWY, CAME TO REST IN SWAMP.

DAMAGE LIMITED TO PROPELLER, ENGINE AND LANDING GEAR FAIRINGS.

AMENDMENT: REPORT DATED DECEMBER 12, 2013 RECEIVED FROM CIRRUS AIRCRAFT. REPORT STATES DATA RETRIEVED FROM RECOVERABLE DATA MODULE (RDM) INDICATES FLAPS WERE IN "FLAPS UP" POSITION FOR DURATION OF FLIGHT. PILOT PREVIOUSLY STATED HE "THOUGHT" HE HAD FLAPS AT 50%, WHICH WAS REQUIRED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
