## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT NOTICED THAT HIS LOW VOLTAGE LIGHT CAME ON DURING FINAL. HE ATTEMPTED TO EXTEND THE GEAR AND FLAPS. AS HE WAS WITHIN A FEW FEET OF THE RUNWAY HE HEARD THE GEAR WARNING HORN SOUND JUST PRIOR TO THE PROP STRIKING THE RUNWAY.

WITNESSES STATED THAT AS THE AIRCRAFT APPROACHED THE RUNWAY IT DID NOT APPEAR THAT THE GEAR HAD FULLY EXTENDED AND WERE STUCK AT ABOUT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
