## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

A SMALL COOLANT HOSE CONNECTING THE CYLINDER HEAD TO THE SMALL PRESSURE CAP RESERVOIR CAME LOOSE. THE ESCAPED COOLANT BLEW BACK AND COATED THE CANOPY WHICH CAUSED DIFFICULTY IN LANDING. THE PILOT LANDED ON RUNWAY 8 AT 7W4 BUT WENT OFF THE FAR END. THE NOSE WHEEL ASSEMBLY COLLAPSED, THE PROP IMPACTED THE DIRT AND BROKE. DAMAGE IS ACTUALLY QUITE LIMITED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
