## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS PILOTING N9500Y FROM RMG TO RUQ LANDING WITH THE GEAR UP RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT AND THE INBOARD LEFT & RIGHT FLAPS, AS WELL AS BOTH LEFT & RIGHT PROPELLERS CONTACTING THE RUNWAY SURFACE.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS SOLE OCCUPANT AND SUFFERERED NO INJURIES.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATED "I JUST FORGOT TO PUT THE GEAR DOWN."

AIRCRAFT WAS RAISED USING A FORKLIFT AND LANDING GEAR OPERATIONAL AND EXTENDED AS NORMAL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
