## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING LANDING THE LEFT TIRE WAS EITHER LOW OR FLAT. DURING ROLLOUT, AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE RIGHT OFF THE RUNWAY. THE LEFT WING TOUCHED THE GRAVEL AND THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RUNWAY. UPON INSPECTION, THE LEFT WING END CAP WAS CRACKED AND THE LEFT AILERON WAS SLIGHTLY BENT.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB WPR13CA306](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/WPR13CA306), Jun 30, 2013: Maule MX7-180A (N5839R), Elko, NV, substantial damage. Probable cause: A flat main landing gear tire during the landing roll for reasons that could not be determined because postaccident examination did not reveal any anomalies that would have precluded normal operation.
