## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 3 JULY, 2013, AT APPROXIMATELY 0600, A WSK PZL MIELEC, M-18A, N7643J, PILOTED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ TOOK OFF FROM HUBLER FIELD (ID00) ON RUNWAY 28. THE AIRCRAFT WAS CARRYING A LOAD OF CHEMICALS WITH A CAPACITY OF 475 GALLONS, 3/4 OF A TANK OF FUEL ON THE PORT SIDE AND 1/2 ON THE STARBOARD SIDE. HE BEGAN HIS TAKE OFF RUN WITH NORMAL ACCLERATION, ABOUT 2/3 DOWN THE RUNWAY THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT ACCELERATING AND THE EGT WAS RISING AND THE TORQUE WAS FALLING. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ REALIZED HE WAS NOT GOING TO MAKE A SUCCESSFUL TAKE OFF AND IT WAS TOO LATE TO ABORT, SO HE SHOVED THE POWER LEVER FORWARD, JETTSONED THE LOAD AND PULLED BACK ON THE STICK. THE AIRCRAFT HIT THE FENCE AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY, THEN THE AIRCRAFT HIT THE LEVY AND CAME TO REST PART WAY INTO THE BOISE RIVER.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
