## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

LANDED 27 MINUTES AFTER SUNSET. RUNWAY LIGHTS WERE ON. DURING LANDING ROLLOUT, WHILE HOLDING NOSEWHEEL OFF THE RUNWAY FOR AERODYNAMIC BRAKING, PILOT FELT THE AIRCRAFT IMPACT SOMETHING AND THE TAXI LIGHT WENT OUT. ALL FLIGHT CONTROLS, ENGINE CONTROLS, AND BRAKES WERE STILL OPERATIONAL. PILOT TAXIED TO RAMP, SHUT DOWN, AND INSPECTED AIRCRAFT. HE FOUND THE REMAINS OF A DEER SCATTERED ALL OVER THE FRONT OF THE AIRCRAFT AND THE LEADING EDGES OF THE WINGS. ONE BLADE OF THE PROP WAS BENT ABOUT TEN DEGREES AND THE TAXI LIGHT WAS BROKEN. ADDITIONALLY, THERE WERE DENTS IN THE ENGINE NOSE COWLING. THE PILOT, SOLE OCCUPANT, WAS UNINJURED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
