## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED "ABOUT 2 MILES OUT I LOWERED THE LANDING GEAR AT ABOUT 115 MPH IN THE WHITE ARC, HAD 2 GREEN LIGHTS (HAS ONLY 2 LIGHTS) & LANDING GEAR DOWN INDICATION ON FLOOR PANEL INDICATOR.

ENTER DOWN WIND LEG, ADD 1/2 FLAPS, WENT TO FULL FLAPS ON BASE LEG, TURNED FINAL FOR 27R, FLARED AFTER NUMBERS, SMOOTH LANDING, CONTINUED ROLLED DOWN 27R. WAS LOOKING AT KILO INTERSECTION FOR TURN OFF 27R, SINCE I WAS GOING TO DELTA ROW. AT ABOUT JULIET INTERSECTION I NOTICED THE NOSE STARTING TO DROP, SO I ADDED MORE BACK PRESSURE ON THE CONTROL YOKE, AND THE NEXT THING I KNEW I WAS SKIDDING DOWN 27R WITH THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED AND THEN A LITTLE FURTHER DOWN THE RUNWAY, THE RIGHT GEAR WENT DOWN AND I TURNED TO THE RIGHT UNTIL COMING TO A STOP".

"I THEN TURNED OFF FUEL SELECTOR SWITCH, IGNITION SWITCH, MASTER SWITCH, ELECTRICAL SWITCHES (ALL ON THE RIGHT PANEL), OPENED THE DOOR, TALKED TO AIRPORT RESCUE AND THE EXITED THE BONANZA. "

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
