## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A UTILITY HYDRAULIC SYSTEM LEAK. THE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND WITH NORMAL GEAR EXTENSION PROCEDURES. THE LANDING GEAR EMERGENCY EXTENSION PROCEDURES WERE USED. ALL GEARS INDICATED DOWN AND LOCK EXCEPT THE RIGHT HAND MAIN LANDING GEAR(R/H/M/L/G). DURING HOVER LANDING, THE R/H/M/L/G COLLAPSED INTO THE WHEEL WELL AND THE A/C CAME TO REST ON THE GEAR DOORS AND FUSELAGE. NO MAIN OR TAIL ROTOR STRIKES OCCURRED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
