## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED: AFTER TAKEOFF, RETRACTED GEAR AND THE LEFT MAIN GEAR LAMP REMAINED ON. CYCLED GEAR, AND ON THE SECOND OR THIRD EXTENSION ALL THREE REMAINED GREEN. UPON LANDING THE GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE AIRCRAFT SLID ON ITS BELLY OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY.

ON-SCENE EXAMINATION OF THE AIRCRAFT REVEALED EVIDENCE INCONSISTANT WITH A GEAR COLLAPSE, BUT CONSISTENT WITH A GEAR-UP LANDING.
