## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING LANDING ROLL OUT WHILE TURNING THE AIRCRAFT TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY TO TURN AROUND AND TAXI BACK TO THE HANGAR EXIT, THE GEAR HORN CAME ON AND THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED RESULTING IN THE LEFT FLAP AND WING TIP HITTING THE GROUND. PILOT EXITED THE AIRCRAFT AFTER TURNING OFF THE BATTERY. THE LEFT MAIN GEAR TIRE IS ON TOP OF THE CLOSED LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOOR. FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE AIRCRAFT ANNUAL INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED 4 HOURS PREVIOUS. ALREADY HAVE OWNERS STATEMENT AS NOTED ABOVE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
