## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

UPON LANDING ON RUNWAY 6 AT N57 AFTER PERFORMING NONAEROBATIC AIRSHOW FLYBYS THE AIRCRAFT WAS OBSERVED AND VIDEO TAPED TO HAVE TOUCHED DOWN IN THE PROPER ATTITUDE BUT IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER THE LEFT BRAKE APPEARED TO SKID AND SMOKE AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER AND THE THREE BLADED PROPELLER STRUCK THE RUNWAY AND STOPPED THE ENGINE. THE AIRCRAFT THEN CAME TO A STOP. THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED TO PARKING AND MAINTENACE INSPECTION DID NOT REVEAL ANY MECHANICAL ISSUES WITH THE BRAKES. THE PILOT STATED HE MIGHT HAVE APPLIED THE BRAKES INADVERTANTLY CAUSING THE PROPELLER STRIKE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
