## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT JUST HAD 2 NEW ENGINES INSTALLED. THE OWNERS PILOT WAS GOING TO FLY TWO HOURS FOR ENGINE BREAK-IN PERIOD. TEN MINUTES AFTER DEPARTURE THE AVIONICS AND AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS STARTING TO SHUT DOWN ONE BY ONE. AIRCRAFT LOST ALL POWER AND PIC ATTEMPTED TO HAND CRANK THE LANDING GEAR DOWN. HE WAS UNABLE TO DO SO DUE TO EXAUSTION, AND THE GEAR COLAPSED ON LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
