## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

BOTH ENGINES FAILED DURING APPROACH TO LANDING, INSPECTION OF MAINS REVEALED NO FUEL FOUND. INSPECTION OF NACELLE TANKS REVEALED NO FUEL FOUND, HOWEVER ONE OF THE NACELLE TANKS WAS RUPTURED IN THE ACCIDENT. LEFT FUEL BOOST PUMP CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS BLOWN (NOT SURE WHETHER FROM IMPACT OR NOT) PILOT SAW MASTER CAUTION AND NO FUEL TRANSFER LIGHT COME ON PRIOR TO ACCIDENT. PILOT REMEMBERS LOOKING AT GUAGES AND THINKING SOMETHING WASN'T RIGHT BUT REMEMBERS SEEING THE GUAGES SHOWED HE HAD SOME FUEL. PILOT DOESN'T REMEMBER ANYTHING AFTER THAT. ## NTSB investigation

None matched to this report by aircraft and date. Search the NTSB's own records: https://data.ntsb.gov/carol-main-public/basic-search

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
