## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AS STATED BY WITNESS: THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED RUNWAY 17, FULL-LENGTH, AND INITIATED A TAKEOFF ROLL WITHOUT STOPPING ON THE RUNWAY. IMMEDIATELY AFTER LIFT-OFF, THE AIRCRAFT PITCHED UP ABRUPTLY, STALLED, AND PITCHED DOWN. BEFORE STRIKING THE RUNWAY, THE NEGATIVE PITCH ANGLE DECREASED, BUT THE AIRPLANE STILL STRUCK THE RUNWAY IN A NOSE-DOWN ATTITUDE.

THE DISTANCE FROM THE INITIATION OF TAKEOFF ROLL TO POINT OF IMPACT WAS APPROXIMATELY 1,160 FEET. THERE WAS NO POST-CRASH FIRE.
