## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PIC WAS CONDUCTING OFF AIRPORT OPERATIONS TO A REMOTE LANDING STRIP. THE PIC ELECTED TO LAND UPHILL, WITH A SLIGHT TAIL WIND, ON THE TWO WAY STRIP. THE AIRPLANE WAS EQUIPPED WITH 35 INCH BUSH WHEELS AND A BABY BUSH TAIL WHEEL. DURING ROLLOUT, THE TAIL WHEEL ENTERED A HOLE, FROM WHICH IT VIGOROUSLY REBOUNDED, CAUSING THE TAIL OF THE AIRPLANE TO RISE. THE SLIGHT TAIL WIND EXACERBATED THE RISE, AND THE AIRPLANE EVENTUALLY ROTATED COMPLETELY FORWARD AND OVER ON TO ITS BACK.
