## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CEN14LA002](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN14LA002), Oct 8, 2013: Beech S35 (N6861Q), Brownwood, TX, substantial damage. Probable cause: A loss of engine power due to fuel starvation, which resulted from a foreign material in the fuel system blocking the fuel flow to the engine.

## Other reports on N6861Q (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Incident 19861018063399I](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19861018063399I), Oct 18, 1986: Beech S35 (N6861Q), Scottsdale, AZ, Minor damage. Gear collapsed on rollout. Landing gear was not lowered in time for the complete cycle to be accomplished.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
