AIRMAN ATTEMPTED TO DEPART A PRIVATE FIELD APPROXIMATELY EIGHT MILES NORTHEAST OF THE TWIN FALLS, ID AIRPORT - KTWF. SEVERAL SUCCESSFUL TAKEOFFS AND LANDINGS HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN ACCOMPLISHED FROM THE FIELD. AFTER STARTING THE ACCIDENT TAKEOFF ROLL, THE PILOT ELECTED TO PERFORM AN ABORTED/REJECTED TAKEOFF. DURING DECELERATION, THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER AND CAME TO REST ON ITS TOP, CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE RUDDER AND VERTICAL STABILIZER. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE PILOT OR THE ONE PASSENGER ON BOARD.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
