## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS ON APPROACH TO RWY 17, SLIGHTLY LEFT OF CENTERLINE. LEFT WING STRUCK THE TOP OF A SMALL TREE, 12'-14' HIGH, APPROXIMATELY 80' FROM THE RUNWAY THRESHOLD, 27' LATERAL TO CENTERLINE OF THE RUNWAY. THE LANDING WAS OTHERWISE ROUTINE. THE RESULTING DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WAS A 1.1" DEEP DENT INTO THE LEFT WING LEADING EDGE SKIN APPROXIMATELY 2' INBOARD FROM THE WING TIP WITH NO APPARENT SECONDARY STRUCTURAL DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
