AIRCRAFT LOST BY SJU FAA RADAR FACILITIES 35 MILES WEST OF SAN JUAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SJU) WHILE DECENDING. CARGO WRECKAGE WAS FOUND NEAR ARECIBO, P. R. TOWN. INVESTIGATION INITIATED BY FAA ON SITE 12/03/2013 AT 10:00 AM. NTSB ARRIVAL ON 12/04/2013 AND TOOK CARE OF INVESTIGATION.
