ON DECEMBER 17, 2013, AT APPROXIMATLEY 10:15 EDT, A PIPER PA-28, N5310W, LOSS ENGINE POWER AND LANDED ON AN EMPTY FIELD IN PARRISH, FL.  THE PILOT WAS THE ONLY OCCUPANT, AND HE WAS UNINJURED.  THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT DAMAGED.  THE FLIGHT WAS OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 91 OPERATING RULES.  WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE VMC AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
